The MHRA risk-based inspection process uses information provided to the MHRA on a Compliance Report which is to be completed every 2 years. The resulting risk assessments are ranked and inspections prioritised for the companies with the highest risk assessment scores. Inspections are planned according to how much inspection resource is available in the upcoming year.

The 2013 compliance report is now available for completion, the deadline for submissions is 30 May 2014.
